〜だけあって/〜だけのことはある
Meaning
Expresses, with a sense of acknowledgment or admiration, that a result is worthy of the position, experience, or effort involved. The speaker judges that the excellent state described later is only natural given the circumstance mentioned first. 「〜だけあって」 is followed by the result, while 「〜だけのことはある」 concludes the sentence.

- さすが一流の職人だけあって、仕上がりが美しい As expected of a top-class craftsman, the finish is beautiful.
- 長年練習してきただけあって、演奏に迷いがない Having practiced for many years, there is no hesitation in his performance.
- 彼女の料理は評判になるだけのことはある Her cooking deserves its reputation.
