〜こと（も）なく

Meaning

Indicates that another action or state continues without doing a certain thing at all. A somewhat stiff expression describing that the act does not occur even once.

彼は一日も休むことなく、仕事を続けた。 He continued to work without taking a single day off.
その川は、絶えることなく流れ続けている。 That river flows on without ever ceasing.
誰に頼ることもなく、彼女は一人で店を切り盛りした。 Without relying on anyone, she ran the shop by herself.
