〜いかんにかかわらず／〜いかんによらず

Expresses that regardless of the content or degree of a matter, the result does not change. It is a stiff, written-language expression stating that there are no exceptions whatever the circumstances, as in 「理由のいかんにかかわらず」. Variant forms include 「いかんによらず」 and 「いかんを問わず」. In contrast to 「〜いかんで（は）」 (where the result changes with the condition), this pattern expresses that the result is fixed irrespective of the condition.
