〜なり〜なり

Meaning

Indicates citing options and suggesting that any of them will do. Used when urging someone to pick a suitable choice, as in 「電話なりメールなり」 (by phone or email, whichever).

Examples

分からないことは、先輩に聞くなり調べるなりして解決しなさい。 If you do not understand, ask a senior colleague or look it up yourself.
週末は映画を見るなり散歩するなり、好きに過ごせばいい。 On weekends, watch a movie or take a walk — spend the time however you like.
